Low Ping but lagging

Can someone help me? I'm playing Valorant and my ping is around 50ms but it keeps lagging, someone pointed out that i have packet loss and suggested i use 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.4.4 dns and i did but it didn't help anything can someone suggest me things to do to fix this?

Is this a new problem or has it been happening

Since yesterday. When I use cmd to ping google it's fine it stays at around roughly 40ms but occasionally times out or spikes up to 1kms and this hasn't happened before
