hi all,

 

I'm part of a FIRST Robotics team,

We have a G Suite account that my nonprofit used years ago. We have a password we remember from the past when it asks us for one. But when we log in, it asks us to verify using a phone. It doesn't give us the last digits of the phone number. and we have no idea what phone the account is connected to. This is also the G Suite Administrator account. Any ideas? I tried doing the CNAME method google recommends, but when I try to log in I don't get anything about a CNAME.

I've tried finding a phone number, and the only one i found is for merchant support (they tired to give me free life alert). And ive tried every suggested method of account recovery i can think of or i can get my hands on.

also their usual support number is down cause the rona.

Im pretty sure i dont have the phone number, ive reached out to all of our leadership from around the time the account was made. I'll see if i cant get that number, but they want you to be signed into the account to access all of their gsuite support stuff.

2FA security sucks like that. We used to upload a passport as a form of identifying an account and later recovering it. I don't have access to G Suite myself so I cannot get you that number directly.

I guess you could contact the sales dept. even if the account is no longer using an active subscription.

Other than that, E-Mail might be your only choice unless you can find someone here who works for them and can help you out directly.

It is active as far as i can tell. That is the hope.
