how do i fix this problem?

hi, i have recently bought COD: MW only when i play black kinda grown and fills my screen. i have updated drivers and reinstalled the shaders. when I move the cursor away from the black it evantually diassapears for like 10 seconds. but when my screen is fully immersed i wont go away. see reddit link for clarification.https://www.reddit.com/r/modernwarfare/comments/j3xpxg/growing_black_this_happens_every_game_and_i_dont/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

Does it only go stupid on that program, or all games?

only that game with a gtx1080 and a AMD fx-8320 16 gb ram  both the GPU and the CPU are stable together no bottlenecks
