My first post here .. so please forgive me if I miss anything I should include.

So decided to run the CTR (Clock Tuner for Ryzen) 1.0 by @1usmus - and whoa... it surely worked for me! :)

Stock I always had about just  under 4.0 ghz - and with PBO under Ryzen master (just default) 4.1s on he known good cores.

Mind you.. I am lazy .. and have no clue what i am doing but looks like a nice healthy jump in my book.

Final #'s below CTR applied:

How's everyone else fairing? :)

The main boon here is individually OCing each CCX. There's nothing this tool does that you couldn't do yourself; it just takes much longer and requires many more trips to the BIOS and back.

Doing an all-core OC is relatively easy, but you're then essentially capped by the slowest CCX, as if you OC higher than that CCX is stable at, the whole OC is unstable. In your results, there's a 150Mhz gap between the fastest CCX and the slowest CCX, which is not insignificant.

This is also why this tool is most effective with higher CCX counts. If you only have one or two in your chip, it's not going to do much for you that you couldn't.just.do yourself with a quick trip to Ryzen Master.

Noted.. so stay with what I have as my floor or spend 2k on a Threadripper next? :P  Sure I can justify that with my wife since I predominantly use my workstation for data analytics.. which frankly I love how excel works on this platform  =P.

I mean I am one who has no patience - and keep terrible notes (eg I wont remember what i did last to "revert" in case of failure). So the tool is perfect for n00bies like me! :)
