1) Good thermal paste is completely useless if you're running the stock cooler. You're going to want at least a high end air cooler to notice the difference from it.

2) 3200 cl16 ram is ok with ryzen, but if your budget allows, go with 3200 cl14 or 3600 cl16.

3) Not sure what your use case will be (assuming it's mostly gaming based on peripherals), but rtx 3070 will struggle to push 2 4k monitors while gaming - depending on the game obviously

4) Again, if you can afford to, try picking a better tier A psu from here (not the end of the world if you go with the one in your current list though)

5) Never heard of redragon for peripherals, but logitech and corsair offer some pretty good keyboard / mice in that price range as well

If you're looking at games along the lines of like Fortnite or CSGO, you can definitely get 4k 144hz with a 3070, heck even a 1080ti can probably do it max settings. But a more demanding game like Cyberpunk 2077 will likely see the 3070 struggling at 4k 144hz. If you can, wait until AMD releases big navi at end of october and/or wait until 3070 releases to see how it stacks up against something like the 3080.

If you're going to be turning the resolution down on higher end games (where the visuals are better and would most benefit from 4K) you should just go with 1440p monitors to begin with but, if you're really set on 4K then you should just step up to a 3080 or comparable big navi card because based on benchmarks it crushes 4K.

If you're trying to keep cost about where you have it now then you could consider going with one of the 4K monitors for your main gaming monitor and then have a cheaper 1080/1440 secondary monitor and put the money saved towards a 3080. And as DutchGuyTom mentioned there's really no point in 64GB of ram if you don't absolutely need it, so if you're mostly just going to be gaming and other basic pc tasks go for 32GB or even 16GB.
