Seriously doubt the HDD is vibrating enough to cause you to feel it in the desk.  The tolerances in those things are incredibly tight.

 

Probably the fans in the case if I had to guess.

I have no fans in the case I mounted the hard drive thru some lines they arent realy circles they look like lines that can slide the hard drive up and down but i installed it tightly so it doesnt move
