Problems with display. Please help

I can't figure out what the white border on the screen is. I've reinstalled drivers, changed different cables and still nothing. Also it disappears on dark backgrounds. Can this be a faulty display. Please help

Ryzen 7 

Asus f gaming x570

Xfx rx5700xt 

MSI optix g27c

Looks like backlight bleed
