Underclock/Overclock Tools for Zen+

Are there any tools like upcoming CTR by 1usmus that work for Zen+ cpu's?  I'm hoping to tune my cpu for some better voltage, but don't really know what i'm doing since i've never done this before.  The CTR tool looks like it'll be really awesome, but it's only for Zen2 cpu's.
