High CPU and Low GPU Usage in COD

Hi everyone,

 

I've been struggling with performance in COD MW and Warzone for a few months now and it never occured to me to check the CPU and GPU usage when the game is running. Inititally I ran the game last night using task managers performance tab and it was showing GPU usage between 0% and 2% while the game was running. I knew TM can be inaccurate so I downloaded NZXT CAM and I@m getting the same results when the game is running. If anyone knows how I can go about fixing this it would be a massive help! Oh and when I run games like Apex Legends the GPU is in full usage with about 70%-90% CPU usage for what its worth.
