new computer build

Hello i need help i have just finished building a computer and now i need to put in my os but every time i try to put it in it kicks off my mouse and keyboard and i cant figure out whats going on any help would be greatly appreciated

Try loading in UEFI

just tried downloading a updated win 10 on my current computer so hopefully that works

epic fail it wont boot from the drive for some reason it will open my win 7 but shuts off keyboard still and the win 10 it wont even read the thumb drive

called a computer store they told me try putting the hard drive into my current computer and boot it that way well even that didnt do any good still shuts down the keyboard and mouse i guess im bringing it to that store and paying them because well i cant do it on my own
