Rtx 2070 super

Got a question in regards to my system.  

Rysen 5 3600  32 gig of ram and a 2070 super with a 550 watt power supply.

Normal running and games that don't require much power run fine, but i am finding that if I run tomb raider flat out with rxt on  it will play for a while but then drop out of the game.  

 

Does any one think it could be my power supply not providing enough power.

Case Corsair iCUE 220T RGB Storage 250 gig m.2, 1 t.b m.2 PSU Silverstone 550w gold 80 plus Cooling Corsair h100x

Game crash.  I can restart but will drop out again after a bit.  Temps seem fine so I am trying to figure out next place to check
