rainbow 6 keeps crashing

Everytime I load into a game, 5 seconds in, the game crashes. Everything else on my pc works perfectly normally. I checked event viewer and it shows that the battleeye service is crashing. but no other info. I tried running windows memory diagnostics and even that is crashing 5 seconds into the test. idk what do to... somebody help
