Good cpu fan?

I’m looking for a new cpu fan, because I have deducted from 3 cooler master fans, that they are horrible. I am trying to find one that is rgb but I’m having a hard time. It’s a 120mm fan that  I’m looking for. I was looking at the noctua nf f12 if I can’t find a rgb one. Any suggustions?

Try a Corsair ML120? They have RGB and work with PWM for a CPU cooler, they can get very loud though when at full speed.
