Need assistance on new gamer budget build,

Budget (including currency): usd $900 + $93.40(the kid's savings) 

Country: Singapore 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: art,games and learning via stream to school

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):he has an donated aoc 1080p 75hrtz 24 inch monitor, standard Microsoft keyboard and mouse set (black). 

 

He's 9yrs old and because of co-vid he's had to study from home using his dad's laptop connected to school, this is his first computer, his dad got his bonus and decided to get him his own pc rather then sharing his work laptop. He's in his first year of learning about computers (still at basics) so the dad requested a few programs I've not work with so I thought you guys could help with

 

Request by the dad, 

A good printshop easy for him to learn (free) 

Microsoft word for him to learn spelling 

Free science games (I haven't found any so far) 

Free games (not too many)

*I was thinking 2 of each kind)

Smite (third person view) 

Apex legends/fortnight (battle Royal) depends on what he wants

Iron sight!/ the cycle (fps) 

Asphalt 9 (legends)/ beach buggy racing(racing) 

Cuphead/killer instinct /brawlhalla(online) - side scroller

I couldn't find any airplane shooter games (he asked for some)

If its a budget build i guess something along these lines:

a ryzen athlon or a intel i3

8gb of ram

some budget motherboard

250gb - 1tb hdd

a 450 or 500w psu

some case

but around 1000 USD isnt really a budget build

i would probably add a graphics card and go for an i5 or ryzen 5 and have a better psu
