Very Low GPU usage

I noticed that my GTX 1060 mobile had very low usage. I think it has to do with the power supply. I will attach a file during a gpu benchmark mayebe someone can help me. Or is everything fine and I am just freaking out?

Cenebench also has a GPU test that uses OpenGL, the one in the picture.

 

What CPU do you have? Your system might be CPU bound.

Cinebench Open GL benchmark is not really an intensive and hard for the GPU
It does the same for me on Cinebench Open GL(picture attached)
Try another GPU benchmark like Unigine Heaven and also try monitor using MSI Afterburner
