Refresh error Code: 0x8007001F-0x20006

I upgraded my rig and I am having terrible lag in my games. I have been told that I need to reinstall windows. I don't have an external hard drive, so I am  going to use window's installation media to reinstall windows 10 so that I can not loose all of my files and apps. The problem is that it stops near the beginning of the reinstall with an error: "0x8007001F-0x20006 the installation failed in the safe_os phase with an error during replicate oc operation".

 

I've tried disabling all of my drivers, i've tried everything here
