no boot Computer won't boot

Hey can someone help me.

I have a quite an old pc but today it won't boot.

So here is the story why won't it. Today i had my online class and I turned on the pc but as soon as I did all the lights in my room dimmed and my fan slowed down, so i thought might be dues to low voltage. But my father heard that due to computer all the light was dimming so he plugged the computer and It started booting and shutting down within seconds (power led would turn and off immediately) it happened for about 10 seconds but now that the electricity is back it won't boot nor the hard disk light turn on . It just power's up and does nothing.

Can you give us more details on your computer? How many devices are plugged into the same power outlet? Either you have bad power delivery to or inside your home or the breakers did not do their job. What exactly is happening, does you monitor display a signal or is it off and you can only see the fans spinning? Any beeping coming from the motherboard or lights visible in the top right corner of the motherboard?

Here are the specs of my computer -

Intel pentium g3260(i think i dont remember)

Ecs H81H3-M4(mother board)(LGA 1150)

FSP FSP250-60HNC(power supply)

8gb ram(4 gb x2)

2 hhd ( 1 tb + 320gb)

 

I had only my monitor and my cpu connected.

 

Yes my moniter is turning on and showing no signal.

 

I see the fan spinning and the led when you turn on the computer is on but no hard drive led.

 

My motherboard does not have a speaker so no beeping and there is also no light on my motherboard.

Come on someone help i just need to know is motherboard dead or my cpu???
