radeon r9 290x cant install drivers

i recently purchases a AMD radeon R9 290x second hand and i cant seem to install the specific drivers for this GPU  i tried running Amds clean up utility and that ran so i tried install again and it didnt work 

just starts install and it crashes out no errors no nothing just nope

If you have previously had a different dedicated GPU (slot in card), try running the DDU utility. It more fully gets rid of old drivers.

It looks a little daunting, but follow the instructions carefully and you should be done in under 10 mins.

ive done the ddu so my computer has restarted and now i should instal the drivers right?

Yep. Where are you downloading them from? Don't have much experience with AMD sadly.

directly from amd after putting is my GPU'S name

SAME problem it started and shut off the install radeon adrenilin 2020 64 bit version
