safe temp on ITX builds with ryzen 3 3100

so the title says it all

 

i build a pc for my friend in an ITX cases which is silverstone sg13

the specs are:

  • Ryzen 3 3100
  • ASRock B550M ITX/AC
  • Klevv Bolt XR 2x8GB 3200Mhz 16-18-18-34
  • Zotac GTX 1660S TwinFan
  • FSP HV Pro 550w

things that ive done,

tune the CPU, 38x @0.95v (stock allcore boost 38xx @ 1.3v)

tune the GPU, 1950 boost @0.9v, +125mem (stock boost 1850 @0.968v)

 

when playing cpu heavy game such as AC Origins, my cpu hits 75c

i set the fan to 80% from the start, but when the temps hit 75c i crank it up to 100%

 

is my temp on the safe zone?

75c is safe. 

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

 

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
