Massive internet problem!

Hello! My name is Christian recently i have been having this problem out of no where. the problem is that my WiFi is super unstable. I am in the room right above the room that has my motem in it and we have 2 extenders in both rooms next to my room. I used to get 200+mb a second in the course of waking up one morning my phone and pc get 100+ but after doing a second internet test after the test that got 100mb a second i get 1mb/s and every time I play a video game i get 200+ ping so i really cant do anything

you need to reset the whole system unplug everthing including the extenders then bring your modem back up then the extenders then bring up your computer run a speed test and if your still having problems contact your isp they might have slowed you down or your modem is failing
