Won't boot into windows

I decided I needed to do some cable management, I turned off my pc I started managing, I put it back on.

 

And it booted into the bios. When I plug in a windows usb and recover my windows it says windows was probably working on a update and that i should just start it up (this frikkin doesn't work.) I don't know how to get back my windows, do you guys do?
