Will it fit?

As we all know, the 3000 series are coming out soon I'd like to purchase the founders edition or ROG STRIX 3080. I'm wondering if it would even fit my motherboard, I currently have a XFX RX580 (Length: 269mm); It's basically touching it. There's a connector to the right (big bottom, right square) that I think will be in the way, but I'm not sure and need to make sure.

Motherboards have proper clearence for all PCI-E cards regardless of length. It seems this motherboard is the case as well, as is any other properly designed board.

as URANIUM said, motherboard components normally isnt an issue unless a connector is right behind the GPU that's sticking up

 

GPU length would normally dictate whether a casing will fit it or not, so check your casing's GPU length clearance.

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
