Which cpu-gpu combo is better??

So i am planning out my rig and i have come to a dilemma. I am not sure if a Ryzen 3 3100 combined with a 1650 s would give me more performance than a Ryzen 5 2600 with a RX 570 or the same 1650 s for that matter. I have done some digging on my own yet I am not so sure. 

 

If someone could give me some feedback, that would be much appreciated.

ryzen 3 3100 and 1650 super would be the best. for gaming 3100 is better than 2600,' but for worklopad 2600 pulls ahead.

 

can you get rx 580? used? is is better than 1650 super with extra vram

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
