Budget (including currency): If only gpu around 500eur, up to 1000/1200 eur if I sell my pc and build from scratch.

Country: Lithuania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 4k gaming 60fps (better 100+), Ultrawide 1440p main monitor, ALL AAA titles and most of online games. Lets say - any gaming in 4k 60-100 fps +

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have now:

Ryzen 5 3600

B450 aorus pro mobo

32gb ram 3200 (but works only on 2866 stable, after investigation and help from people around here and on other forums, I think its coz of mobo handle ram speed badly, other people had similar issues too)

1TB ssd (sata)

750 evga nova 80+gold

Be quite pure rock air cooler

gtx 1080ti

Issue:

Atm in some titles I cant hit even stable 60 fps on my ultra wide - for example Hunt showdown, to hit even 70/75 fps I play in window mode, 1080p(ultrawide format) and medium/low/high combination of settings (mostly low/medium just textures are high). Also other games like, Assasin creed oddesey, runs fine, but only around 70fps. Its okay, but would be nice to have around 100. My goal is 100 pfs as my monitor is 100Mhz and it feel muuuuuuuch smoother.

What I think to do now:

People suggested to buy 3080 instead of rebuilding whole pc with 3070. I think ryzen loves ram speed and considering mine works barely on 2866 Im loosing some fps here. So need to switch MOBO, mby OC my cpu more as it barely holds on 4.0 with my cooling, so I set it to 3.9. Idea is - if I sell whole PC I will have around enough to get 1200 eur budget to build new one, with better mobo, mby even better cpu. What u guys can suggest ?
