what's your OBS settings? what's your upload bandwidth?

turning on C920 makes your game lag? or the stream lag?

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

streaming to twitch? it's limited to 6000kbps

hows your upload speed? did you monitor CPU and GPU usage? what does OBS say when it's stuttering? "Encoder Overloaded!" ?

this normally means your upload isnt stable to twitch's servers, which isnt the same as the server that you uploaded to

try this

grab Twitch Bandwidth Test Tool: https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest

slap in your twitch key

tcp select OBS recommended

select region

time can be short

run it a couple times

watch for the one that performs the best over the couple runs

most important first is

quality

ping

bandwidth

This will tell you what what server you should use and what bit rate you should use.

set bitrate to 6000, video to 1080p60, and use NVENC new, rate control CBR

and try record to local hard disk, see how it goes

GPU

recording encoder is set to be same as streaming right?

Spoiler

try DDU and re-installing your GPU driver in safe mode, other than that idk what else to recommend

it's probably a software issue
