Red Artifacts in Some Games

Hello all

 

Hoping for a little assistance on some red artifacts I get in certain games - they seem to occur in scenes with smoke, swirling snow, or lighting effects that might cause dust/particles to be floating around you. Here's a link to a screen capture I made of it happening on the intro of Dishonored 2: https://youtu.be/pE2gcDXXsFk. Rise of the Tomb Raider opening snow scene is a mess of red swirls as well.

 

Current games I've found the issue in:

Kingdom Come Deliverance
Lords of the Fallen
Tomb Raider (last 2 games: Shadow and Rise of)
Destiny 2
Forza 4
Dishonored 2

 

Games it doesn't happen in:

Far Cry 3, 4,5

Strange Brigade

Witcher 3

Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Ghost Recon Wildlands

Darksiders games

World of Warcraft

Apex

 

Happened on different monitors, tried cleaning and re-seating GPU, and happens after full format with fresh driver installation. Tried slightly under-volting and/or under-clocking GPU, made no difference. Card is out of warranty.

 

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
