Does TikTok release deleted names?

Someone registered the username I need for my business. I own the twitter, instagram, youtube and facebook usernames, so now I wanted to have tiktok because more and more and more traffic goes there. It would help a lot for SEO to have the username instead "msdos_official" or whatever. So what the hell can I do? the username is not availible, but the page doesn't exist. I think this happens when someone registered it and deleted it. So will TikTok release the username? Instagram releases deleted usernames eventually, but not usre about TikTok.
