PC won't sleep

Never had an issue with my pc, just installed 2x8gb extra ram and since then (although it stays the same when i remove the extra ram), my pc won't sleep. When I turn it to '"sleep mode", usb devices turn off but the fans keep spinning, and my ram and RTX2080 rgb lights keep on. A hard reset seems the only way to "wake" the system. 

 

Any idea?
