CPU Light error & Fans not working PLEASE HELP!

i just completed building my PC today and i had went to boot it up and install windows but i had a black screen, there was a red light on the EZ debug showing it was from the CPU... and my CPU cooler also wasnt working along with the case fans that werent spinning but still had lighting on. i re-looked over everything to do with the connections, reseated the CPU.. everything was securely in the correct places but it still isnt booting up hopefully someone can please help me out as its my first build and i would like to be able to use it soon

If EZ debug shows CPU error, I would try reseating the CPU.

Take it apart and do it over, there really isn't another way to go about it.

 

Make sure nothing's connected except for the vital parts and try to boot up again.

If it still shows CPU debug light, you might have a faulty CPU.

yeah man ive reseated the CPU already and unfortunately it still isnt working.. i might go into a store tomorrow and see if they can find the issue if not ill have to try and send back my CPU for a replacement
