So for some reason, my computer decided to shut off my Bluetooth, my wifi, and audio, etc. I believe it's a security thing since my brothers keep touching my computer without my permission and imputed my pin too many times wrong. It made me restart and now I cant connect to any Bluetooth, wifi, or any audio devices.

is it a laptop?

some driver probably got messed up, you might need another device with internet to get it from the manufacturer's website

or is airplane mode on?

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I wonder if it booted to Safe Mode... that would cause most peripherals to not work since only core Windows drivers are loaded in Safe Mode.
Do you see anything on the desktop saying Safe Mode or showing the version and build numbers for Windows?  Usually just rebooting again will turn it back to normal mode, unless there's a driver that's failing when Windows tries to boot normally.
