Is my setup good for streaming?

Asus ex a320m gaming motherboard

Gigabyte pb500

Barracuda 7200rpm 1tb

Chiptronex mx2

Corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz 8gb

 

One more question... That all the a320m motherboard have highest ram speed of 2600mhz but I am adding a 3000mhz ram.. Will it work?.. Oh! One more thing I am way out of budget and I can't buy a b450 motherboard...

Pretty much no. I’d be surprised if you could do 720p 60fps on a modern game without overlays.

But why? What the problem in this very little budget gaming pc? Ok.   what about gaming only.. on 1080p low setting?

I would recommend going Nvidia because of the superior Nvenc encoding chip.
