Completely stuck/no post

Hey everyone! I recently built my new rig and I'm stuck big time! I'll try to get everything in without a writing a novel. When I hit the power button all the lights come on, and the fans spin. No post, no light codes and no beep codes. My mobo doesn't have any lights or beeper so I have to figure out via troubleshooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have tried: changing RAM ( slower, single slot, all slots), changed GPU ( changed from RTX 2060 to GTX 970), changed coolers froma liquid AIO to the stock ryzen cooler, less fans, different cables ( haven't tried DP yet), different display's, resetting CMOS.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2600

Asrock b450m steel legend

Zotac RTX2060

G.skillz TridentZ 16gb(8gb×2) 3600hrz

Thermaltake 650w PSU

Gamdias water cooler

Antec dark fleet case

I tried my buddies ryzen 7 3700x, and still nothing. I'm really at a loss and have no idea what to do.

I've also experience this in my first build.Im a beginner btw. What i did is my motherboard has 8pin cpu connector ..When I connect the all the 8pins my pc turns on but only fans and lights no display.. What fixed my problem is i only use 4pin cpu cable in my motherboard and my pc booted up with no problems

That sounds really weird haha! This is my third build and never heard anything like it! But il try it!

Have you tried reseating the processor?

I have! I've taken it in and out a couple times.

Faulty Mobo maybe?
