Hello guys, I am planning on upgrading my gtx 1060 3gb to RTX 3080( got no clue which model tbh), but the problem is i have a z370 aorus ultra gaming motherboard which has pci express x16 3.0 and the RTX 3080 is pci express 4.0. How much will my motherboard limit the gpu?

PS: Sorry if i posted in the wrong section, im kinda new

for the most part it should be fine, gen 3 x16 should be enough bandwidth for the 3080 but wait for ampere to actually launch and check.
