What is wrong with my PC

My PC build hasn't been showing anything on screen when powered on and it was not doing this before. It does not matter if i use the outputs from the motherboard (the CPU has integrated graphics) or the GPU. Before this happedned Windows had frozen and yt had to be shut down. The CPU temps have been lower than they are supossed to (10-15 degrees celcius, obviously incorrect) and the fan has been running way to fast as well. I think it could be the motherboard even though I don't see any bad capacitors. It will not show anything using different cables or a TV instead of a monitor.

sounds like a power supply problem to me, check how many watts your setup uses and then check how many watts your PSU has

I have 750w, more than needed.

maybe you should check if theres something wrong with your mobo, maybe ram or similar, or check if there are any broken cables
