GPU not booting. Please help!

I'm having some trouble with my Sapphire RX 570 gb card. My rig is R5 2600 on a MSI A320 pro m2-v2 motherboard with 8gb RAM  (2*4gb)

The problem occurs when try to power on my pc after A few houres of iit's being shutted down. I power on my computer, Everything powers up, I can hear the HDD's revving up Gpu RGB and fans are also running but there's no display. There are 4 led's on my motherboard labelled EZ debug LED and whenever this problem occurs , The VGA light Goes White.

Funny thing is , If I let my PC running like this for 5 or so minutes and then press the restart button the pc boots up just fine. I'm out of warranty and in this situation I can't even go outside.
