Good morning from Montevideo, Uruguay.

As I wrote this I am more in a search for knowledge than anything.

This is an updated version of an i7 I had before, some of the parts like the power suply, the 2TB HDD and the case are from that era, (circa 2015). The AMD update was 2 years ago, when I bought the CPU for like 160 USD, so it was a great update for that moment, specially for rendering times.

It's a bittersweet story because I build this PC without proper knowledge, and this pc is not now a only V-ray rendering machine, it's an all pourpose PC, as it should be.

So, the problem or maybe my wish is to "make an investment" to upgrade what I can now, or at least know what is the best path for an update for this PC, because now I am going to use to render as a job and not as a hobby, as editing, and architectural modeling in general.

I want to improve this build to a more balanced, or maybe a best experience for 3D modeling, rendering and editing. I feel like an upgrade for the graphics card could be a suitable choice, but as far as I know, Quadro's are expensive.

To make a closure, this PC is the one that does everything in my life, from writing this, to render in vray for hours.

To make things more complicated, here in Uruguay we have a "special" deal with all imports, all incoming hardware have by law a 60% tax, OR we have x3 200USD tax free without shipment anually per person.

So... If I decide to buy a, let's say  a graphics card, I have to pay the 60% tax that the store had to pay when importing.

Example: A Nvidia 1660 super 6GB ddr6 its 365 USD brand new. And the used market it is also expensive and very limited.

I hope my english isn't as bad as I imagine, and I will accept any kind of coments for a reliable update.

Thanks for all.
