So first, what the polling rate thing? There are 3 settings 1000, 500, and 125. What should i set it to?  the 125 one seems more sensitive. Also everytime i reboot my pc, the "Enhance pointer percesion" in the windows mouse settings gets turned off, how can i make it stay on all the time even after reboots

don`t enable enhance pointer precision and set the pointer speed in middle.use 1000 polling rate = 1ms

Polling rate should be always at 1000, after that you can adjust the DPI and sensitivity. Also, why do you want to have the precision setting on? It's only a negative effect if you want accuracy.

its easyer to click on small things with it turned on, thats why i like it

Actually it's not. It might feel like it but what acceleration does is that your cursor won't go there where it should be so you won't ever get the muscle memory with the mouse. It's gonna be a pain in the ass because if you have acceleration on it will always move differently.
