cant remove read only attribute from folder

hey guys i am currently unable to remove the read only attribute from a folder, i have tried command, regedit and take ownership.

 

im running windows 7 ultimate 64bit

 

the game requires that i remove the read only attribute from the folder but when i do and click OK it puts the read only attribute back on.

 

 

is there any other way of removing the read only attribute

Usually I copy the folder to a new location (since you can read it), then the permissions are different. Then find a way to delete the simcity folder that is read only and move the new folder with correct permissions back to where it was.
