Looking for Remote Support software

Hi guys,

 

I work in an accountant office and we sometimes need to log into our clients computers just to see what they are doing in the software or just to help them get the things we need.

 

We are currently using TeamViewer and AnyDesk but we are looking for something else just to see what is in the market.

 

- Price isn't a problem but cheaper is better

- Always 1:1 connection

- No need for multiple account

- Always someone in front of the other computer

- A connection link thru a personalized launcher or our website is a plus

Radmin. I'm using it for years. Cheap, direct connection, lifetime license.

I feel this is mainly for accessing 1 remote computer?

 

Like if the business need to access their own computer, but I want more a Help Desk solution
