Error(s): Machine Check Exception(BSOD), Crypto Library(BSOD), WHEA Uncorrectable Error(BSOD), Linux Mint decoding failed error: ME CPU 0 CPU 1 and so on.

Details: During a thunderstorm, my PC was left unattended and plugged into the wall.Unfortunately while I was sleeping there were major power surges and I have no stabilizer or UPS. After the rain stopped there was a power outage for two days and my PC was not turned on, and after two days when the power finally came back I tried to boot up my PC but it kept BSOD. I tried removing my SSD I tried removing my HDD; I tried to boot using only a USB stick with Linux mint on it but still it kept not booting up. Even after removing the CPU from its socket cleaning up my PC and then re inserting the CPU it kept on showing the same error. I've already tested the hard drives and my power supply, but the only things left untested are the motherboard and the CPU. Any suggestions on what I could do?

Thank you in advance!
