2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch slow wifi in Boot Camp

Is anyone running boot camp on a 16 inch MacBook Pro having issue with slow wifi. I have been trying to get it resolved but having no luck so far with Apple as I believe it is a driver problem. I have seen other posts on the internet of people with this issue but no solution. Running Windows 10 Pro 2004. Broadcom driver v101.10.152.10 which is the driver supplied by Windows support software. When I run netsh wlan show all it does not list 802.11ac as a supported radio type even though the chip it is an 802.11ac network adapter. Works fine in MacOS connecting using 802.11ac but Windows says it is using 802,11a. Done fresh installs of both Windows and Boot Camp Windows support software. Tried Windows update driver (stopped working entirely). Any assistance would be appreciated as I have wasted about a week trying to resolve it. Even if it is just being able to reproduce the issue so I can convince Apple it is affecting more people.

Apple doesn't give a damn about Bootcamp and their drivers are often shit.

It's been years since I've been able to even right click with the trackpad without going into the boot camp control panel and reactivating it after every boot...
