Apple graphics card compatibility

Hey I’m new to the pc community and I’m building my first pc. I was wondering if anyone knows if an apple Radeon graphics  card would work with a regular pc. The reason Is because I would like to have the usbc (thunderbolt) ports

from my information i dont think there are drivers for windows and they are work oriented graphics cards

Can you link what you are talking about? With Apple, it could either be a Radeon card itself, an egpu box to connect a gpu to a Mac, or an egpu with an included Radeon gpu (ports depend on the model itself).

That’s an upgrade module for the Mac Pro. It might work with a windows machine but if you aren’t going to use it with a Mac, just get a different gpu with usb c. What will it be used for?
