when im playing nfs payback i noticed that my cpu is always at 90%-99% usage and my gpu is at 50%-60% usage

ive got a 10600k on 4.8ghz and a 2080.

settings are highest possible on 1080p

(i went into bios as a part of my overclock testing and lowered the voltage to 1.260. passed the c20 stress test but when i launched payback got a bsod)

talked with ea support and after mind f***ing me, this is what ive got as an "answer":

after speaking with our expert (BRUH) he said that you should play in windowed mode (??????)

its only happening with nfs payback

not with any other game

i already tried repairing the game and all of that bullshit, didnt work.
