ASRock B450 Pro4 Problems!!

Hey guys, so long story short.  I upgraded my i5 6600k few weeks ago and got r7 3700x.  However the motherboard that came with the bundle feels like its not updated, whenever i start it up there would be sounds of the pc actually starting up, but the cpu fan and the entire LED won't start up until 5 seconds later.  I just wanna know if this is common or if there is any way to fix this issue.  My friend and I googled if there are any bios flash update but we could not find any that fits my motherboard.  Any help would be appreciated!
