So when i record a video with obs and i want to edit it with adobe premiere pro every time when i import it to adobe a red frame appears.I want to mention that i don't have this problem when i record with Amd software. I also tried some fixes for adobe but nothing worked out.

Operation system:Windows 10

Premiere Pro build:13.0

Source footage format is mp4

Pc specs:Amd ryzen 7 3700x

Radeon RX 5600 XT

This issue is not a failure of the export process, but rather an indication of a problem with the way the source footage was encoded. When Media Encoder encounters frames that cannot be decoded, it inserts red frames in their place.
