Hello, to me this seems like a really weird problem and I couldn't find anything on Google.

I have eight usb ports on the rear panel, (2x 2.0, 4x 3.0 and 2x 3.1). I have my keyboard, mouse and speaker power all plugged into the 3.0 row. I plugged in a led lamp to the 3.0 row to charge it and as soon as I did my kb and mouse shut off. I immediately tried rebooting the system and during boot they briefly power on but only for a few seconds. If I plug them in to any other port (2.0 or 3.1) they work fine. I would assume that the 3.0 row is dead but the speakers are plugged into that and they are working. Does anyone know what's going on?

Do the speakers get power from USB or only signal? If only signal, then the power side broke the fuse.

I'm not saying the fuse is for sure broken, but likely.

They get power from usb. The signal comes from a 3.5mm cable.

Speakers are GOgroove SonaVERSE O2

Mouse is Redragon m801

Keyboard is Redragon k551

Also, I tried a different mouse and it's lights stay on but other than that it dosn't work. So it seems some amount of power is passing through but no data.

I checked and the original mouse and it uses 120mA while the spare that I tried only uses 60mA. I don't know enough about electricity to understand if that is significant or not.
