Is Xeon E3-1230 v2 Sandy Bridge soldered? For delid.

Hi,

I bought a Xeon E3-1230 v2 Sandy Bridge processor and I want to delid it.

I searched the internet but I didn’t find nothing about this. Is the processor soldered? Or it have TIM?

Can I safely delid it with a delid die mate 2? I’ve already done a few processors for my friends (6700K, 7700K, 8700K, 4790K, etc - all with TIM), so I know the drill.

Is the Xeon E3-1230 v2 Sandy Bridge soldered or not?

Thank you.
