Minecraft Server Disables Network Adapter

Hello all, I recently Started a minecraft server hosted from my machine but lately when I open it up and outside people connect to it it disables my ethernet network adapter on the hosted computer. I'm really confused on why its doing that.

 

I have Asus Z490-f

64GB RAM

RTX 2080

Intel core i9-10900k
