Having trouble changing boot mode.

Hi, I currently have a Lennovo yoga 730-13 and I'm having a boot loop, i read online that if you changed the boot mode to legacy instead of uefi it could stop the boot loop but i cant, apparently i need to change my secure boot, but I realized that my secure boot in the information panel said disabled already while the one in security said enabled, so i disabled the one that said enabled but it did nothing. i still cant access the boot mode, can anyone help? Thanks!
