Could be a stutter where nothing is pre-populated into RAM yet. Run the overlay it again and its fine..

New instructions (SteamUI), not in RAM yet on first load, can cause little blips (esp if Fresh Boot, HDD game files, First few seconds of the level as an example)

The framework GUI of Horizon Zero Dawn when it updates on screen causes a stutter on occasion, I doubt it's your PC hardware, beyond maybe loading from a HDD or Fresh Data not being in RAM yet, which is a software optimization issue IMO.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
